Description: Travers St. Louis RV Service & Body needs a full-time Parts Associate for their expanding business in O’Fallon, MO. Starting at $16.00 an hour, could be higher based on experience.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, a self-starter and able to communicate through a variety of mediums including in person, phone, and email.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries face to face and by phone or email
• Coordinating with technicians and service manager for work to be performed
• Receive product deliveries and inspect for accuracy
• Assist technicians with parts needs
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of trailer/RV equipment and parts preferred.
